Carolyn D'Agosta has been an Owner/Broker since 1975,
and has more than 2,000 hands on transactions as an agent, broker principal,
with experience in Residential, New Home sub-Division, lot, land &
Commercial.

D'Agosta has provided Expert Witness Testimony and
Litigation support for over 300 cases in the past 20 years.

She is an active teacher and master instructor for the
California Association of Realtors®,
Professional Realty Institute Instructor for the GRI designation courses,
certified instructor for the California Department of Real Estate as well as
many other states

D'Agosta also actively teaches Ethics, Agency, and Risk
Management.

For 28 years, D'Agosta has served as director for
California Association of Realtors as Director for Life, and has served as
Chairman for numerous committees, including but not limited to Legal Action
Fund Trustees in 2005, Professional Standards, MLS, Legal Affairs,
Communications, and CREPAC.

At National Association of Realtors, she has served as
a Director for over 20 years and over the last 10 years; Ms. D'Agosta has
served as National Chairman in several areas, including Legal Action Fund
Trustees in 2004, Agency Issues, Risk Management, and Professional Standards
