Carolyn D'Agosta has been an Owner/Broker since 1975, and has more than 2,000 hands on transactions as an agent, broker principal, with experience in Residential, New Home sub-Division, lot, land & Commercial. D'Agosta is a member of the Escondido/North San Diego County Association of Realtors, where she served on the Board of Directors over 20 years. She was elected President of the Association in 1978, Realtor of the Year in 1980, and has served as Chairman of Professional Standards Committee. D'Agosta was elected Regional Vice President for the 29th district of the California Association of Realtors. She has served on State Association's Board of Directors since 1974, and has served as State Chairman of the Multiple Listing Service Committee, the Board Legal Affairs Committee, and Communications Committee. D'Agosta was Chairman of CREPAC Trustees, and Chairman of Professional Standards Committee. The California Association of Realtors awarded D'Agosta the prestigious Distinguished Service Award in 2002. D'Agosta has also served on the Executive committee in 1984, 1989, 1993, and as Liaison in 2002. Currently, she is chair of Legal Action Fund Trustees for the California Association of Realtors for 2005. D'Agosta is a master Instructor of the State Faculty for C.A.R., and has been approved by the California Department of Real Estate for teaching continuing education courses. She is an active instructor for Professional Standards Training and PRI for the GRI Designation Courses. D'Agosta has served as a member of the board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors since 1985. She has served on the Professional Standards Committee for 15 years as well as the Interpretations of the Code of Ethics Committee. In 1991-92, she served on the Special Presidential Advisory on Agency. She was the Chairman of the Agency Issues Committee in 1995, and in 1997 served as National Chairman for Risk Management Committee. In 1998 served as Vice Chairman of Professional Standards and served on a Special Presidential Advisory in Code of Ethics Enforcement. In 1999, D'Agosta served as National Chairman of Professional Standards, and in 2000, served as National Chairman for Professional Standards Interpretations and Procedures Subcommittee.
